Moreover, Park View City lies in the close vicinity of Capital Development Authority’s (CDA’s) Park Enclave along with the famous Bahria Enclave – a part of Bahria Town.

This real estate project owned by the Vision Group is being planned and developed as per international criteria and currently, more than half of the area of this real estate project is all set and ready to be given into possession.

As this project is Capital Development Authority (CDA) approved real estate project, therefore, provision of all the basic facilities and amenities such as power, internet, water, and gas is guaranteed. Whereas, to keep up to the international standards, this residential community is being built inside a secured boundary wall, apart from which 24/7 police patrol would be implemented.

Presently, the development of Park View City is spread out over an area of about more than 3000 Kanal and most of the developmental work has been almost completed in the existing A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, and I hence, the developers of Park View City have now decided to further expand the secured and gated residential community by introducing two new surprise Blocks, Block J & K within the community respectively.
